the article say that madeleine was there with Jonas and also he was given the order. at first they where reserved and did not show any feelings towards one and other,

I natt fick prinsessan Madeleine sin prins när hon dansade med pojkvännen Jonas Bergström på Innocenceordens stora fest.
Men innan dess passade hon på att rätta till hans frisyr.
Prinsessan Madeleine, 21, glänste som en filmstjärna när hon i går kväll var hedersgäst på Innocenceordens stora fest på Grand Hôtel i Stockholm.
Klädd i en midnattsblå och glittrande aftonklänning hälsade hon glatt de 353 nya medlemmarna välkomna i Vinterträdgården.

Pojkvännen invald
Madeleines pojkvän Jonas Bergström, 24, blev även han invald i den, bland Stockholmssocieteten, så prestigefulla orden som grundades redan 1765. Därefter begav sig gästerna till Spegelsalen där Madeleine fick pojkvännen som bordskavaljer. Under kvällen var prinsessan på ett strålande humör och i parets sällskap fanns bland andra de bästa väninnorna Louise "Lussan" Gottlieb, Natalie Rosta och hennes pojkvän Dag Werner.
Till en början var Madeleine och Jonas en aning reserverade, men allt eftersom kvällen gick blev stämningen mer uppsluppen.

Skålade med varandra
Paret skålade med varandra och Madeleine smekte Jonas på kinden innan hon vid ett par tillfällen prydligt rättade till hans frisyr. Efter supén började festligheterna i Vinterträdgården och efter bara en stund sågs Madeleine med Jonas på dansgolvet.
Att den yngsta prinsessan nu väljer att visa sig med pojkvännen på officiella uppdrag tyder bara på en sak:
- Deras kärlek är på allvar och nu börjar Madeleine sakta men säkert visa vem hon tänker leva med i framtiden, säger en person med insyn hos kungabarnen.
Vi halv två-tiden i natt sågs de unga tu fortfarande lika kära i varandra på en känd nattklubb vid Stureplan

It is not a new dress, I think its the same as she wore in Amsterdam

haha, maybe she thought nobody would notice it, and that it is more comfortable

And, yes it´s the same, which she wore 2002 in Amsterdam.
And I´m not so overwhelmed of "movie-star" Madeleine as Expressen and Aftonbladet. I already disliked this neckband in 2002, I dislike the shoes, ok-the hair-style is better than in 2002 in Amsterdam. And Jonas seems to be Madeleine´s henpecked boyfriend...

The dress is very pretty; lovely jewel-toned colour. But I agree with Lena about the neckband thing. Is it supposed to be like a choker? At any rate, it doesn't work with the otufit at all. And the hair is much nicer here than when she wore this same outfit to Amsterdam. The straightened hair is sleeker looking.

i think they're nice white shoes. But white shoes peeping out underneath a blue dress, different.

hm. That wouldn´t fit together with my "Jonas is kept of Madeleine"-theory! That with the henpecked-boyfriend is my FEELING (it´s just a feeling, I wasn´t at Jonas´home and haven´t interviewed him ) since I´ve seen the first pictures of both together. IMO Jonas is the complete opposite of Eric Granath. He (Jonas) is more a type like Carl-Philip (but I would say that Carl-Philip´s relationship with lovely Emma is more well-balanced)...but that are JUST speculations.

HOw come she's wearing the same dress as last year? Does the royal family has a limited budget on how many ball gowns they can purchase? or does madeleine really like the dress that she wants to wear it again?

I think Madeline and the rest of the royal family do live on a budget. The budget, mind you, may be much more than any of our personal budgets, but a budget all the same. And I think it's silly to wear a dress or an outfit only once. You can wear the same out fit over and over again and if you accessorize differently each time, it can feel like a new outfit almost.

I agree with Alexandria, but I think they shouldn´t overdo it (e.g crown princess Victoria has sometimes phases, in which she wear one suit again and again. e.g the pinstriped suit or the purple one...)
IMO it´s less a question of budget. Of course they can´t pour money down the drain, but if they would WANT, they could buy always new dresses for every occassion.
But I would say that it´s in nordic countries more common to be modest and not to differ too much from your "neighbour" (catchword:socialism), and that is also a "rule" for the Royal family.
In other countries people are accepting more, that there are gaps between different classes, and they have less "problems" with the fact, that their ruler buys everything he (and his relatives) wants.

Black shoes with nylons that are too light. That is my guess. You can see the black line of the shoes cut across the top of Madeleine's foot. :flower:

Hm, I liked that dress much more in Amsterdam and on this ball she looks so pregnant to me... I know she is not (well I don´t exactly know, but...), but in these pictures (below) she seems so different...somehow a little bit like her mom when Silvia was pregnant. But maybe it´s just me...





P.S.: I don´t mean to say she looks chubby... :P
