Indeed he does, it looks as if he is giving Máxima a rather critical look  .
The king and queen do seem to be interested in speed skating, they also were pictured the last time WA, Máxima and family attended a race, when Sven Kramer won the gold medal.

I can see that Prince Albert really enjoys his role in the IOC and loves attending the games. I would love to see him compete again.
