Royals and the 2018 Winter Olympics 9-25 February

The Winter Olympics are to take place from 9 to 25 February 2018 in Pyeongchang County, South Korea.

So far Royals where confirmed their attendance are:

Netherlands

King Willem Alexander from 9 to 13 February and Queen Maxima from 9 to 11 February

https://www.koninklijkhuis.nl/agenda/2018/02/09/olympische-winterspelen-in-pyeongchang

Sweden

King Carl Gustaf and Queen Silvia from 17 to 25 February

Princess Anne has a gap in her Future Events during the Olympics. She is either taking a break or is going but has not announced yet.

Anne is the rare Brit Royal that publishes her FE well in advance.

Anne is an IOC member and President of the British Olympic Association She goes to every Olympics.

The FE is now listing Anne as attending the Winter Olympics and the pre-games IOC meeting. That was not on the FE on Saturday when I last checked so has only been put up in the last day or so (note that she had many engagements listed for well into March before then).

Frederik will be attending the Olympics in PyeongChang, and as a member of the IOC, also the IOC session on Feb 5-7.
H.K.H. Kronprinsen deltager i den 131. IOC Session den 5.-7. februar samt overværer XXIII Olympic Winter Games 2018, der finder sted i perioden 9.-25. februar | Kongehuset

He is also a Member of the Coordination Commission for the XXIII Olympic Winter Games in 2018 in PyeongChang and has visited PyeongChang in the past years

I wonder if we will see any Spanish royal presence at the Winter Olympics?

I saw this when I was watching the Ladies' 3,000m event of Speed Skating and I was curious that did Maxima notice that .

W-A and Maxima came to congratulate the three medalists (the Dutch ladies swept the podium!) after the venue ceremony and gave many hugs.

OT but I am so happy that the game is in Asia (also the next two games!), which means I don't have either to stay up late to watch or miss the games .

Of course they came to support all three Dutch riders but Achtereeke was the least likely to win and Ireen Wüst is the best Olympic athlete from the Netherlands so far and the defending Olympic champion. I am sure the couple is happy with the result: gold, silver and bronze for the Netherlands.

He seems to bring luck to the Dutch skaters. Although they are good enough not to need it ;)

He's also to attend the biathlon races tomorrow and the day after tomorrow.
15km women and 20 km men. If he has to congratulate then it will be a huge surprise.
