the Paralympic Games start today in Rio.
Crown Prince Frederik was at the Olympic Games in Rio last month, as an IOC member, at various Danish business events, and to support the athletes. Now he sends a message to the Paralympic athletes from his home. Unfortunately, he and Mary have events this week and next and it looks like they wont be able to attend. Not sure about Joachim and Marie.

"Tonight Lit The Flame Paralympics in Rio de Janeiro and h.k.h. Crown Prince sends greetings to the Danish athletes."
