The same thing was said about the "coldness" at the British royal wedding as well. I just think they've got the usual nerves everyone has plus the nerves of all the people watching them plus the stress of the press stories recently as well.

The translator on CNN is hilarious. Poor guy has to translate the bible readings in real time. You'd think he'd get a list of the readings.

i think if you look at the photos of Albert's parents wedding- they were fairly somber,too...nobody exactly kicking around with a lot of grins- It's the religious ceremony.....and I think a bit of somber austerity is perfectly appropriate...can you imagine the thoughts going thru Charlene's head?! eeks!

People there's no pleasing you! Some said Victoria and Daniel were too much in love and too touchy-feely and William and Catherine too cold. the same goes for A&C. It really is tough being royal. You can't please everyone it seems.
