The Duke of Cambridge this morning spoke to shielded individuals in Northamptonshire by telephone during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Prince William presented an excellent programme on male mental health on Thursday night - filmed partly before lockdown, and partly since. Suicide sadly remains the biggest killer of young British men, with 75% of people who take their own lives in the UK being male, and William is working hard to try to change things and encourage men to seek help.

This was work under The Royal Foundation umbrella I think.

Heads up. Heads together. What ever it's called. It was excellent.

The campaign is Heads Up, a joint venture between The FA and Heads Together. However both Heads Up and Heads Together and initiatives run under The Royal Foundation.

I thought William did really well. It's a very difficult subject to talk about, and he had one-to-one conversations with people and was very sensitive and caring.

I caught a bit of the programme and was very impressed by William. He always copes with mental health in a perfect manner for someone in his position (i.e. public figure).
