Kate hasn't gone to Tusk Awards recently. The last time I can think of them both going to a black tie charity thing together is the Natural History Museum Film premiere with Richard Attenborough.

Right, I think they could both attend from time to time.

Couple of Articles about how William is to launch a campaign on mental health issues affecting young men

From the article:
The young man was reduced to such despair that suicide seemed the only way out. When the Duke of Cambridge and a medical team reached him by helicopter, he was still clinging to life. Despite their efforts, he died.

Another day in the life of the East Anglian Air Ambulance. For Prince William, however, that mission early in his air ambulance career — and there have been others like it since — helped to persuade him that suicide by young men is such a serious problem that he wants to take action.

This spring he is to launch a campaign on mental health issues affecting young men. According to insiders his interest was generated by the wave of stories a couple of years ago about young gay men who had committed suicide.

.Having witnessed first-hand the tragic aftermath of suicide, Prince William is set this spring to join wife Princess Kate and brother Prince Harry to launch a three-pronged campaign on mental health, a royal source tells PEOPLE.
William, 33, was confronted by male suicide when flying missions for his air ambulance charity: In some of those early missions with East Anglian Air Ambulance last summer, William transported medical crews to the aid of men whose despair led them to take their own lives.

It's also understood that William, who has been aware of the depression and other problems facing young people through his work with homelessness charity Centrepoint, has also been alarmed by the suicides of young gay men. The Duke of Cambridge will today be joined by Ralph Lauren when he opens the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust's new centre for breast cancer research named after the fashion designer.

The Ralph Lauren Centre for Breast Cancer Research was funded by supporters of the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity, including a generous donation from the designer.

William has a long association with the hospital, he became the Royal Marsden's president in 2007, following in the footsteps of his mother Diana, Princess of Wales, who held the same position from 1989 until her death in 1997.

The new centre incorporates four strands of pioneering breast cancer research that will draw upon new technological advances and allow much more rapid and in-depth analysis of patients' disease

What a great gift by Ralph Lauren. Too bad the Mail chooses to focus on a bit of small talk as the headline. The same thing happen during the Oxford visit -it became lazy Wills didn't go to the library at Uni.

CHILDREN at a Henley school are learning life skills with the help of Prince William.

Sacred Heart Primary School in Greys Hill is the first school in the town to launch the SkillForce Junior Prince’s Award.

The scheme, which is supported by the Duke of Cambridge, aims to build children’s character, resilience and problem-solving skills using practical projects.

The Sacred Heart pupils have been learning first aid and how to build a go-kart.

Headteacher Gez Davis said: “We want our pupils to grow into well-rounded people so they are confident in their ability to succeed in the world.

Best of luck to all the @BAFTA Young Game Designers finalists ahead of this weekend's ceremony: #YGD

Quote:
In a message of support to all the young finalists, HRH The Duke of Cambridge, President of BAFTA, said: “When I met the winners of the 2015 competition, I saw for myself the remarkable game ideas and game-making skills of young people today and I am once again very impressed by the unique ideas of this year’s finalists.

“The games industry continues to be one of the most successful, creative and fastest growing in the country and I am pleased to see so many young people taking advantage of this exciting opportunity – one which could well launch their careers as the next big thing in British games.”

The Duke also praised the high number of entries which came through schools this year “highlighting the growing enthusiasm by teachers and educators to consider games as an art form and a viable career.”
