On BBC they said that the fact that there have been no visitors might indicate that the couple and son will leave the hospital soon...

The two officers are standing right outside the door now, does that mean the royals are on their way out very soon?

It's been pouring rain so I think the officers stood up there to get a little roof over their heads. The Hello! magazine site has a similar video feed with a slightly different angle. One could see all the umbrellas of the press there.

Kate won't leave hospital before 6pm, we're being told. May even be tomorrow. No news on names.

I just read on Facebook/Majesty magazine

From the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge: “We would like to thank the staff at the Lindo Wing and the whole hospital for the tremendous care the three of us have received. We know it has been a very busy period for the hospital and we would like to thank everyone - staff, patients and visitors - for their understanding during this time.”

From a Kensington Palace spokesman: “Mother, son and father are all doing well this morning.”

The family may go home this evening, but not before 6pm.

True but if mother and baby are doing well in many countries, they are discharged after 6hrs if the mother feels good to go home. I personally prefer a 2 night stay. That way you have all experienced people around you that you could benefit from.

At least some news is coming out. 6pm isn't bad to leave.

Good advices are being offered among the journalists at the Lindo Wing: "you don't wanna get your phone wet". I personally think that's a brilliant piece of advise, getting your phone wet is not recommendable

A very touching article by Rosa Monckton. The close friend of the late Princess of Wales-

My friend Diana would have been such a doting granny - how cruel it was never to be, says Rosa Monckton:
Royal baby born: My friend Diana would have been a doting granny - how cruel it was never to be, says Rosa Monckton | Mail Online

It is very sad that Diana couldn't be here to welcome her first grandchild. I'm sure she's on the minds of the family now.
