Ghost, again, absolutely lovely pictures! I love how Catherine looks in yellow, and the fact that she charms everyone she meets. I think the couple is definitely enjoying the tour, even with the unpleasantness that was brought at the end of last week.

His & hers headwear for Will & Kate today at Commonwealth Youth Conference. Navy baseball cap for W. A more exotic floral headdress for Kate

georgina brewer ‏@Georginaitv #William played some football and #Kate was given a garland. They'll spend tonight on a neighbouring paradise island http://pic.twitter.com/K8FVD1JC

Alright so I assume they have now finished lunch and are now flying to Marau, where they will receive a warm welcome by locals. Following the welcome ceremony, they will travel by boat to the island of Marapa, where they will first visit a village before travelling on a traditional war canoe to Tavanipupu where they will spend the night at an exceptionally beautiful resort. For the record the flight is only around 30 mins

I LOVE the cake they gave them

Ok so here's what I'm hearing. I'm hearing they are already on their way to Tavanipupu. I can't say if it's 100% but I'm waiting on word.

ETA: I got confirmation
georgina brewer ‏@Georginaitv No problem. Yes they are on Tuvanipupu now

Also:
Paul Harrison ‏@SkyNewsRoyal #royaltour #William & #Kate held informal drinks with journalists in Honiara this pm. W&K couldn't have been more relaxed with press

kk in that case, they're appearances for the day are pretty much over so I'm going to bed. See you all tomorrow

Well this should just be just about the biggest thing to happen to Tuvalu since, well, ever.

I think they are having the time of their lives on the tour.

The best holidays ever!

No, this tour is an official trip to help celebrate The Queen's Diamond Jubilee. You can vacation at these places but that's not what the Cambridges are doing, they are working on the Queen's behalf and flying the flag for the UK/Commonwealth.

If this is holiday, I will not ever want to be on holiday after witnessing their hectic visiting schedule here in Singapore!!

what??? i would not call this a holiday if i had to wake up early every morning, do speechs, attend ceremonies, do official visits, have a full packed schedule with almost no breaks in between...
they are representing the Queen, this is no joke for them

It's not a holiday but sort of is I mean your invited to a country to represent the queen but you get to stay at these nice hotels etc

i might have missed a post in this thread earlier, but where i can find William's last speech?(or only speech in the solomon islands)

They get to stay a nice place but the trip is far from a holiday in their case.

These tours seem to me to be the furthest thing away from a holiday. Yes, sometimes they go to beautiful places and stay in nice hotels, but the whole essence of a holiday is being able to lounge around, do whatever you please and not having to answer to anyone else like when at work. That's not what this trip entails.

You think politicians and other officials stay in cheap run down hotels when they visited foreign countries?

Obviously you and I go on different holidays. While I do stay in rather nice hotels I do not arrive with a schedule telling where I am supposed to be every hour of the day, who I will be meeting, what activities I will be taking part in or even having planned out what I will have to wear each day. My vacations allow me to get up when I want, do what I want, eat and drink what I want, ignore who I want, talk to who I want, and go to bed when I want. Otherwise it would just be another work day and not terribly relaxing no matter how nice the surroundings.
