I LOVE how ABC news tracks them OJ style on the streets and calls out their route.

So far, the Royal couple is using ground transport, which is to be expected en route from LAX to the Beverly Hilton. They're clearly using a road that's been blocked off from other traffic - but let's see what happens next.

The news is expecting them too, and unfortunately their arrival in directly in the middle of rush hour, so things could get interesting.

No, they're on PCH so far - let's see what route they decide to use to go eastward, hard to believe they'll clear al the highways clear to Beverly Hills - but it sure looks like that's their intention.

They're now heading east, looks like perhaps in Santa Monica, the camera won't pull out far enough to be able to tell - but it's one of those residential throughfares. There are a few people standing on street corners (very few), and the side streets are closed. They're in a black Range Rover, with an entourage of other SUV's, police cars and police motorcycles.

No. They're on Overland Boulevard right now.

Looks like they're going to avoid the 405 if at all possible (smart!), and it helps to have a motorcade escort...

Yes, it's one of the less scenic ways to get to BH from the airport - but very direct. Obviously security trumps scenery. Too bad they don't get to see Sta Monica, the pier and the California Incline.
