H.S.H. Princess Maria zu Salm-Salm, Wild- und Rheingräfin, née Baroness von Boeselager, passed away at Wallhausen on 1 January 2016, aged 92.

She was born at Heimerzheim on 3 December 1923, daughter of Baron Albert von Boeselager and of his wife, née Baroness Maria Theresia von Salis-Soglio.
She married on 30 October 1951 to H.S.H. Prince Franz zu Salm-Salm (1917-2011), by whom she had eight children (Michael, Maria Katharina, Jeanne, Adelheid, Antoinette, Christiane, Franz and Georg).
She is survived by her children, their spouses, 15 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

Princess Ashraf Pahlavi, twin-sister of the late Shah of Iran died at her home aged 96 years old
 
Princess Melita Zogu of Albania died on 10 January.

She was born in Burel on 18 June 1934 as a first child together (of four) of Prince Xhelal Bey Zogu of Albania (1881-1934) & his fourth and last wife Hyrijet Allaj (1916-1993).
She married in Alexandia on 22 February 1958 Abdel Aziz Khadr (1927-2002).
She is survived by her sister Vera (b.1936), brother Mirgin (b.1937) and half-brother Skender (b.1933).

Count Anton-Wolfgang of Faber-Castell died on 21.01.2016 in Houston/USA at the gae of 74. He was born in Bamberg on 07.06.1941

Fürstin Eilika zu Leiningen, née Duchess of Oldenbrug died on 26.01.2016 a few days before her 88th birthday. She was born on 02.02.1928 as duaghter of Hereditary Grand Duke Nikolaus of Oldenburg and his first wife Helene, née Princess of Waldeck and Pyrmont. In 1950 she married Fürst Emich zu Leiningen.

Her Highness Fürstin Eilika zu Leiningen, née Duchess of Oldenburg, died on 26 January 2016 at Amorbach (Germany), a few days before her 88th birthday.

She was born on 2 February 1928, the fourth child of Hereditary Grand Duke Nikolaus of Oldenburg and of his first wife, née Princess Helene zu Waldeck und Pyrmont.
She has been married from 1950 until his death in 1991 to Fürst Emich zu Leiningen, by whom she had four children (Princess Melita, Prince Karl-Emich, Fürst Andreas and Princess Stephanie).
She is survived by her children and their families, as well as by some of her numerous siblings.

H.Ill.H. Count Alexander zu Solms-Laubach died on 22 January 2016 aged 81.

He was the youngest child of Count Bernhard zu Solms-Laubach (1900-1938, himself the son of Count Otto, Head of the House zu Solms-Laubach and of his wife, née Princess Emma zu Ysenburg und Büdingen in Büdingen) and of his wife, née Countess Louise zu Castell-Rüdenhausen (1902-1986).
He has been married from 1963 until they divorced in 1983 to Ramona Heilmann, by whom she had two daughters, the youngest of whom predeceased her parents in 1981.
He is survived by his daughter, her family and his siblings Ilona and Friedrich.

Princess Claudia of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha has died this year, age 66.

She was the elder child of Friedrich Josias, Prince of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha (1918-1998) with his second wife Denyse de Muralt (1923-2005). From 1971 to 1998 she was married to Gion Schäfer (*1945), with whom she had two daughters, Cristina and Gianetta.

She is survived her daughters, their husbands, and five grandchildren.

She was the younger half sister of Prince Andreas, Princess Madeleine's godfather.
 
The royal Saudi Court announced on Mar 17,2016 the death of HRH prince Bandar bin Saud bin Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud (b.1926), the son of late Saudi King Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud & nephew of current King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. He passed away passed away outside the Kingdom & details about his funeral.

Her Royal Highness Duchess Ameli of Oldenburg, née Princess zu Löwenstein-Wertheim-Freudenberg, passed away at Eutin on 26 March 2016, aged 93.

She was born on 4 March 1923 as the eldest child of Fürst Udo zu Löwenstein-Wertheim-Freudenberg and of his wife, née Countess Margarete zu Castell-Castell.
She was married from 1951 until his death in 2014 to H.R.H. Duke Anton Günther of Oldenburg, Head of the Grand Ducal Family from 1970 to 2014, by whom she had one son, Christian, and one daughter, Helene.

The Royal Court in Saudi Arabia has announced on April 12th,2016 the death of HRH princess Sara bint Saud Al Kabeer. Her funeral was held on the same day in presence of Saudi Crown prince Mohammad bin Nayef, the regent, & royal family members.The Al Kabeer branch of the royal family are the descendants of Prince Saud, who was an uncle of the late king Abdulaziz bin Abdul Rahman Al Saud (Ibn Saud), the founder of Saudi Arabia.

H.S.H. Fürstin Antonia von Colloredo-Mannsfeld died on 7 May 2016, aged nearly 94.

She was born as Antonia Raumer on 20 May 1922 and married in 1988 to Fürst Joseph von Colloredo-Mannsfeld (1910-1990). Previously she had been married to Helmut Berger and to Igor von Glasenapp. Fürst Joseph himself had previously been married to Anna Maria Rabl, who died in 1953 and with whom he had one daughter.
She had issue from her second marriage, I don't know if also from her first one. Her daughter Alexandra von Glasenapp has shortly been married, from 1975 to 1977, to the then Count Hyeronimus von Colloredo-Mannsfeld, the nephew and adoptive son of Fürst Joseph, and who also is the present Fürst.

H.R.H. Prince Alexander Karađorđević died today (12 May 2016) in Paris, aged 91.

He was the eldest child and son of the late Prince Paul (Regent of Yougoslavia from 1934 to 1941) and his wife Princess Olga, née Princess of Greece and Denmark.
