Hi Samira,
I don't know who this guy is, but he's def not Prince Abdulaziz bin Fahd (I would know my dashing Arabian prince immediately!! ). The last photo I saw of him was in the thread about the Death of King Fahd (his father).
If you look in that thread, there is a photo of him and others carrying the King's body (Abdulaziz can be seen clearly as he is at the front).
I've tried many internet searches for new photos of him, but had no luck.:(

Saudi King Abdullah waves after addressing the kingdom's Shura (consultative) Council at the beginning of its term, 01 April 2006. Abdullah pledged to annihilate Al-Qaeda-linked militants who have plagued the oil-rich kingdom with a wave of terrorist attacks. "We renew our pledge to annihilate the deviant group of the terrorist killers," he said using a term that refers to Al-Qaeda network in Saudi Arabia. It was the first time that Abdullah addressed the all-appointed council as a king since the death of his brother King Fahd, although he was the de facto ruler of the oil-rich kingdom since 1995 due to the illness of the late monarch.
