Mary has two events during the time Frederik is abroad.

This trip to the Middle East is almost a week long. CP Frederik is meeting heads of state. You can't just decide that a meeting with the King of Saudi Arabia can be arranged from last month. No...it may not have taken a year...but official visits are planned months in advance!
