That article is one week old I see and it was no big thing in the media - and thanks for that! Because it was again one of those 'story' where the media don't care about facts - they only think about creating a good story.

Although it was no big deal in the media (I followed the visit well, but have not seen the article before now). But it has nevertheless get BT to publicly complain and say sorry about their article about the Crown Princess.

BT retter - Danmark | www.bt.dk

The DRF has just published this press release:

BT brings today the 8th March the following correction on page two of BT and at bt.dk:

Quote:
"BT wrote Wednesday, the 2rd March 2016, that Crown Princess Mary described Saudi Arabia's response to violence against women as' a great success'. It is not correct. Crown Princess spoke exclusively about the efforts being made by Khalid Fondation of violence against women. Crown Princess Mary relates in other words not to the Saudi efforts for women's rights in general or the law that is being discussed in the article and which Amnesty International commenting on.

BT regrets."

DR1 send a 30 minuttes long broadcast "With the Crown Prince Couple in Saudi Arabia" last Saturday evening. It was a good, informative and balanced broadcast. As it should be. And it showed how well and good our Crown Prince couple handled the trip.

One of the most liked comment:
"I was touched to see DR's broadcast and see how beautiful and worthy our Crown Prince Couple handled the challenge they were put on in Saudi Arabia. I can imagine it emotionally was a very difficult official visit for the Crown Prince Couple, but they once again struck me as top professionals and I'm happy and proud of their appearance, dignity and behaving. Thank for having them!"

And I think the Danish business and government owe the Crown Prince couple a huge thanks and a apology for this visit.

Couldn't agree more. This was a very difficult trip but once again they demonstrated to be top representatives of DK.

Yeees, but If anyone believe BT intended to publish a correction without a call from the court first, then I've got an Eiffeltower I'd like to sell you...
