King to visit four Gulf states
Rabat -King Mohammed VI will start, on Tuesday, working visits to four Gulf countries and to Jordan, HM the King's office said on Sunday in a statement.

King is expected in Jedda this tuesday he'll fly to Jordan Saturday Kuwait after Three days,Qatar and UAE after the Eid: ??? ?????? ??? ???????? ??????? ???????... ?? ???????? ???? ??? ?????

the PM,now that the PM got equal power like the King under the new constitution King doesn't have a need for regent during his absence.
Prince Moulay Rachid has special relationship whit alot Gulf princes in SA,Qatar,Kuwait and UEA so its understood he went with the king on this trip.

well the king never needed to put a regne behind him plus Prince moulay rachid had went with the king on visits like that before the new constitution.
