Why is Prince Radu wearing a brand new Uniform with so less Decorations .

The epaulettes show no rank, but on the sleeves we see one broad plus three thin golden stripes. This indicates the rank of a Colonel. According Wikipedia, Radu Duda indeed was a Colonel in the Romanian Army.

He also wears a golden fourragère at his right shoulder. That indicates being an aide-de-camp. I think King Michael has created him an Aide-de-Camp Extraordinary, which of course is no official function in the Romanian Army.

That Radu Duda wore so few decorations has to do with the model tenue, I think. So to see he wore Daily Tenue to me. There also a Grand Daily Tenue, Evening Tenue, Grand Evening Tenue and a Ceremonial Tenue.

Why did he never wore his Uniform before?
A Colonel with great Royal Decorations is to me a never seen.

This was a very interesting statement by the Crown Princess, given at the height of the recent protests across Romania against the (now withdrawn) proposal from the government concerning corruption and the thresholds of punishment.
At first, it makes me slightly nervous when a monarch or a representative of a Royal Family comments on what is potentially a political minefield, but this statement was very wise, just neutral enough not to offend, whilst at the same time being subliminally and surprisingly clear in its support for the protests people expressed.
It is said that the job of a constitutional monarch is to be consulted, to encourage and to warn.
The Crown Princess fulfilled that role very, very well in this statement, a timely reminder of what good the monarchy can do in an institutionally weak and fragile Romania, sorely in need of wisdom, stability and continuity.

A most interesting statement by the Crown Princess, indeed.

Yes! For any neutral figure, this kind of situation is a minefield but HRH Crown Princess Margareta got it just right: a call to all for the defence of democracy and the rule of law and a reminder of the consequences when they are lost.

In my opinion, HRH really would make an outstanding constitutional monarch.

We know when Crown Princess will return to royal duties ?

How great that the Romanian Parliament included the Royal Family in its plenary session. Romania might not be a constiutional monarchy (yet) but the Royal family is demonstating beautifully how and what it can contribute to the life of the state and the nation. HRH looks every inch a Sovereign-in-waiting, and a classy one at that, a worthy heir to her father.

I am sorry , but on another board I saw the Romanian Parlemant half empty
