It´s surprise me this photo.
Maria is Princess of Bulgaria and Felipe Prince of Spain, then,why Maria is "obliged" to do a reberence to Felipe?

It's probably more to do with personal choice than 'obligation'. She has chosen to show her respect for the Prince by curtseying.
Another way of looking at it: he's from a reigning House while she belongs to a former-reigning House; Felipe is a 'Crown Prince' while she is a 'junior' Princess.
Royalty is a very exclusive caste who continue to observe their own traditions and reverences in their own ways, some of which may seem "odd" to outsiders. This is one of the things which sets them apart while reinforcing the bonds between themselves and acknowledging the pecking order.

Not quite today. Maybe in one or two weeks, but it will be born in Sofia at the Tokuda hospital.
