Not sure, Haya was suppose to attened, she was chair of the event and Queen Noor was special guest.

On TV, Mansour seemed he was having a good time with Queen Noor, they were giggling throughout and having a talk.

BORING?????? Hey, come on, I guess that most of you who are posting here and write comments are not glamorous, pretty or smart,but Majed is definitely good-looking and cute!
He is the only Al Maktoum boy who came back from his education in UK with SKILLS and proper English!
Hamdan speaks such a bad English even though he has been to a good British school- and I mean that Majed wouldn`t have got his post if it weren`t for his intelligence because remember,Sheikh Mohammed has MANY children and Majed is neither from Sheikha Hind nor from Haya, so that means he would usually be second but because he could show that he has qualifications and that he is smart he got his job.

Furthermore he is very good in Endurance which is considered probably more important than football in the UAE- I´ve seen him in Malaysia and he was really good with his horse,so don´t tell me that he doesn`t have skills or that he is boring.

Majid is a great rider, i know. Everyone has his talent but that doesn't make him less boring. Ofcourse most of us are boring too but we don't bother other people with our existence. But that is just my view so don't make it more important then it is. Everyone is entitled to have his own opinion. If you like Majid, good for you !

Actually, I agree with you in a way. Many people criticize Majid before they know him. Although, I think he can smile a little more, he is just a really shy person. I can understand people having their own opinions but Majid is just shy he isnt mean or boring, or even stuck up in any way. Majid is really open with his family, he is always smiling and laughing when he is with family, there are pics to prove it. But I think he needs to smile a little bit more, and seem a little more friendly for a royal figure.

Sheikha Manal is an artist but she doesnt usually show her work but some pieces have been featured in Hia magazine which was part of an interview with her.
Sheikha Manal does have a few public events and formal events but is not photographed like many of the Sheikhas of her generation and older.
Sheikha Mariam comes from the generation where things were changing and all the pictures so far have been of Sheikha Mariam's private life and not of her at official events.
Sheikha Maitha is in the press of what she does.

Sheikha Manal is modern but not extremely. She is an amazing mother and takes her kids more seriously then anything else. You can see her art in some places but the best of her art is with her. Sheikha Maitha is in the press because Sheikh Mo is wanting her to do so. He encourages her to do more. Sheikha Maryam is the social one. Meme has pictures out in the public but they are all private pictures. Hope I helped.

well,learn riding or participate in endurance championships then you have a chance to meet them,otherwise not so easy
I have met Maitha,Majed and Rashid once in Nad al Sheba Endurance city.

All of them are doing some work and so you can meet them either at work or when tey let`s say,open a big shopping mall or give out honorary awards or stuff like that!

But of course they are not there to greet tourists or give free handshakes for all

I have seen pics of hamdan w/ fans taken at Malls... And actually lots of pics of him he's at the mall just walkin around. I guess he just pops in just like all of us without any appointments...Just a regular shopper...

Hamdan and his brothers are always seen at malls with friends. Its also very common to see them at the cinemas.
Almost all the sheikhs are seen at malls and coffee shops.

i`ve seen a video of hamdan in a shopping mall where people (women!) were screaming sooooo much,it was really embarassing,so I thought that if I were him,I would not go to the shopping malls during normal hours....just to have time to look around,but it would be nice to know which malls he is usually frequenting

Wafi City. But you literally have a 500+times greater chance of seeing him in London than you ever will in Dubai even if you live here. In London it is very, very easy. Just frequent Knightsbridge, Harrods, Harvey Nics, Park Lane Hotels, Casinos, Hyde Parks in the summer. You will find hundreds of big Sheikhs from all the Gulf without even looking for them if you know the faces, it really is so easy.

They go to the Grand Hyatt cimema. They'll take a whole cimema just for themselves. But you have a very, very slim chance of seeing the big Sheikhs out & about on the off chance. Some of them almost never go outside.

In the UAE you can get the VIP cimenams which take up to 20 or so poeple and you can book it all. I know alot of sheikh and sheikhas who do that, they go with all their friends.

As for seeing higher sheikhs out, it depends who. Ahmed bin Saeed is seen quite alot, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashed is seen from time to time, if you talk about the Abu Dhabi sheikhs, they are seen frequently.
AD CP has been seen quite frequently out as well.

Well Sheikh Mohammed would want his kids to be walking around and keeping normal activities in Dubai as he does. Sheikh Mohammed is basically everywhere. They get it from their dad. As for Starbucks, I don't think he is obsessed with it but i've seen him with a latte once or twice. All Sheikhs and Sheikhas drink starbucks. As said by tommy1 as for meeting them you would have a better chance if you are in London. In Dubai you would see them, end of story.

Majid is not boring, he is just shy, and very handsome too.

***Right now I'd would like this thread to be considered closed. I did post some info about the baby. But then deleted it. But I have some family and friends in UAE and do know the Maks and are buddies and family with them and I talk to some of the Mak girls. Once Latifa(1) says its okay then I will start telling you guys more details.

Again this is not to protect anyone or anything. This is just to secure the Maktoum familys privacy. This baby is a big deal for them and I would rather have their consent.
