Bunte.de has a report about Carl Philip called "Do you want to meet Prince Carl Philip"?

If I had been a Swedish girl, I would have attended the same course of Prince Carl Philip, too!

If the article is true then those girls are wasting their time and money. No offense to the prince but I would not enroll in a university degree other than the one I wanted to do, just because he's in the course.

I have just rediscovered a passion for all thing agricultural! I would enroll....actually I used to want to go to Sweden to erhmm....learn Swedish! It is criminal in my humble and rather breathless opinion that a Prince can be so good looking......Byron and Adonis come to mind! I get the impression though that he not that tall? Gracious me I have always abhorred groupie type teenage mooning love worship.......but CP just seems to have this extraordinary effect on me.......where's my fan quick, I am swoooning......arhh that's better! I mustn't visit this thread again and espacially not the CP picture thread for a good while now, as it is not good for me!

The Prince showed his impeccable manners to "rescue" a lady in need of an escort at the Nobel dinner last week; a US Nobel laureate was in need. NPR has the story; you can listen as well as read. The Prince is mentioned in the last paragraph. It's charming.

Stockholm Visit Worth More Than A Nobel : NPR

"After dinner, Carol was supposed to exit up a grand staircase on the arm of Willard Boyle, one of this year's physics laureates. But Dr. Boyle is in his 80s and a bit frail, so at the last minute, he decided to take the elevator rather than the stairs, leaving Carol without an escort. The Swedish king's son, Carl Philip, recognized the problem, and in a perfect display of noblesse oblige, took Carol's arm and escorted her up the stairs. "I was saved by a prince," Carol told me afterward."

Wow, Prince Carl Pillip of Sweden looks and acts like quite the princely gentlemen. This is an impressive story, to say the least. I loved listening to this story on National Public Radio.

Well, maybe the protocol of the Swedish Court is less formal then in other Courts, but the etiquette is still very well known and followed...
On the other side, he is a Prince, and this kind of gestures are expected from him.
