She was married to sharif Nasser bin Jamil, Queen Zain`s brother.

February 7, 2011 - Their Majesties King Abdullah II ,Queen Rania Al Abdullah & Royal family members on Monday visited the tomb of the late King Hussein on the 12th anniversary of his passing.

king returns home 7-4-2011

-His Majesty King Abdullah II returned home on Thursday following a working visit to Russia where he held talks with Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and Prime Minister Vladimir Putin.

The talks dealt with Jordanian-Russian ties, means of boosting them as well as the latest developments in the Middle East.

Upon his return, His Majesty was received by Their Royal Highnesses Prince Hashem bin Al Hussein and Prince Raad bin Zeid, the prime minister, Senate president, Lower House speaker, president of the Judicial Council, Royal Court chief, the King's advisors, chief justice, ministers and directors of the intelligence, public security, gendarmerie and civil Defence departments.

King attends Pilot Malik Zaben's funeral

Amman, April 8(Petra) -- His Majesty King Abdullah II, the Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces, on Friday attended the funeral of Pilot Malik Al Zaben, son of Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Lt. General Mashal Al Zaben.

The King, accompanied by His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein Bin Abdullah and His Royal Highness Prince Hashem Bin Al Hussein, extended deep condolences to Pilot Malik's family.

King visits tomb of Late Queen Zein Al Sharaf
mman, April 26 (Petra) – His Majesty King Abdullah II visited the tomb of Late Queen Zein Al Sharaf on the 17th anniversary of her passing.

The King laid a wreath on the tomb and recited verses from the holy Quran.

A number of Royal family members and children of Mabarat Um Al- Hussein Orphanage also visited the tomb where they laid wreaths and recited verses from the holy Quran.

King arrives in Oman
Muscat, June 7 (Petra) – His Majesty King Abdullah II on Tuesday arrived in Muscat on a short visit to Oman where he will meet His Majesty Sultan Qaboos Ben Saeed.

This thread reminds me of the Edinburgh Military Tattoo last year when Abdullah and Rania attended the occasion, accompanied by the Jordanian military.....
