It was wonderful of Queen Rania to take P.Hashem and P.Salma along.
Hussein and Iman were probably at school.

It's very sweet of Rania to take her children with her but it's not a new thing. I've seen photos of Hussein when he was very young accommpanying his Mum on trips.

oh yes she takes her kids along with her all the time. But like purple platinum pointed out, taking her youngest kids to this event commermorating the victims of the bombing is particularly important. I think QR must feel that its important to teach children, including her own, about this tragedy.

Is there ever criticism of King Abdullah's looks/physique as there so often seems to be about Rania's?

KA not only small in height like his dad but also quite plump. Is there ever any comment on this especially in Jordan or is he free from being criticised because he is king's son?

I doubt it, although I'm sure there must be some. Generally speaking society is always harsher towards women, we're more likely to nitpick about a woman's appearance than a man's.

Queen Rania and Princess Anne Put Down Some Roots

With 2006 rapidly approaching, some of the world's leading royals have been putting down firm roots for the year ahead. Jordan's elegant Queen Rania delighted children in a park near her home in Ammam when she went along to plant a tree earlier this week.
