Leaders Vow to Fight Extremist Ideology

(Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah, center, leads participant leaders, including Malaysian Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, left, and Pakistan's President Pervez Musharraf, right, at the Islamic nations summit held in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, Thursday, Dec. 8, 2005. Photo: AP)

Jordan's King Abdullah II also played a leading role at the summit, pressing for strong language against terrorism and extremist ideology after his country was hit by its worst ever terror attack last month, a triple suicide bombing at Amman hotels that killed 60 people.

I don't know about this being rania's own handwriting. There is a picture of a menu signed by her and King Abdullah when they attended Fakhr El Dine. You can see it on either yahoo images or msn images when you type in queen rania and scroll thru pics.
