King, Israeli prime minister discuss peace talks
Amman, Jan16 (Petra) - His Majesty King Abdullah II on Thursday discussed with the Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, developments in the peace process in the light of the ongoing negotiations between the Palestinians and Israelis sponsored by the U.S administration.
 
Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper and his wife will visit Jordan on Wednesday (it will be a three day visit, January 22-25)

King, US deputy secretary of state discuss ties, Mideast
Amman, Jan. 29 (Petra) -- His Majesty King Abdullah II received on Wednesday US Deputy Secretary of State William Burns, currently visiting Jordan as part of a tour of the region, and discussed the latest developments in the region as well as efforts to achieve peace between the Palestinians and the Israelis.
