Petra mention that he was with the Queen at the Hospital during the medical procedure and left when he was sure she is ok.
he is King after all and have alot of to do he cant stay longer far from Jordan.

Queen had a minor surgery she will be at the hospital today and perhaps tomorrow and she is with her family and friends. Sure King has engagements in Jordan.
 
Also dont forget that their children most be at their schools now .. perhaps KA returned back home for them.
 
We are very proud that Flat Stanley visited Her Majesty Queen Rania Abdullah of The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Whilst he was visiting Queen Rania he also met Mrs. Nazek Hariri, the wife of the former Prime Minister of Lebanon, the late Rafik Hariri. They seem very pleased to meet Flat Stanley, as you can see in the pictures. Our classmate Tamer Madi sent Flat Stanley to visit his Uncle in Jordan, who took him to the palace. Grade 2 would be very pleased to share these pictures with all Flat Stanley lovers on the internet.

Queen checks on newly renovated tourist sites in Salt | Jordan Times

Her Majesty Queen Rania on Tuesday visited Salt to check on tourist sites in the city renovated by the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities and also paid a surprise visit to a school. Students at the Salt Secondary School for Girls were delighted when Her Majesty dropped in on their classes and asked about her health.
Yesterday’s visit was Queen Rania’s first public appearance since undergoing treatment for an irregular heart rhythm late last month.

Queen Rania visits women’s cooperative | Jordan Times

Her Majesty Queen Rania on Wednesday visited the Badia Al Wousta Women’s Cooperative, the only group of its kind in the area. Her Majesty checked on the cooperative and toured its facilities, including the library, mosaic workshop, sewing workshop, special needs class and a computer lab.
 
Good to see her back to work. Thanks for the video. She is sweet with the people.
 
Visit on October 13 was nice to look at. She seemed quite close to her people.
