Seeing that this is in no way official, but private, nothing is stated in this regard on the website of The Danish Monarchy. At the gates of the palace, it says that the garden is be closed to the public from March 27 till April 11 while HM The Queen resided in the palace. However, The Reigning Couple had an engagement in Copenhagen on March 30. I drove by the palace on April 1, and on this day, the royal standard was hoisted above the palace. During Easter, The Reigning Couple have no official engagements, but traditionally attend Easter services in the Cathedral of Århus as private persons, not as head-of-state and consort! April 2 HRH Princess Benedikte presents the Hans Christian Andersen Award in the Theatre of Odense at 19.00. Those attending will be Her Majesty Queen Margrethe, the Prince Consort, Princess Benedikte, Prince Richard, Queen Anne-Marie, King Constanine, and Crown Prince Frederik. Mary is not listed to on the official Royal House of Denmark's calender nor is Prince Joachim. However, things could change at the last minute. June 11 *Special Day for Prince Hendrik!* HRH The Prince Consort celebrates his birthday. 1. 10:30am: The Prince Consort will present charges from the Prince Consort's Foundation. 2. 11am, Fredensborg Slot: The Prince Consort will present "King Peaceful IX's Hæderspris by fortjenstfuld" contribution by Danish export. June 12 11am The Queen will have a private audience with the Prime Minister of Uganda at Christian IX's Palace, Amalienborg. 3pm Danish Royal Yacht Club Queen Margrethe, the Prince Consort, and Frederik will attend the inaugration of a new club house at the Royal Yacht Club. This should be fun, so breakout your white yachtie hats and tan docker shoes! June 13 The Reigning Couple arrive at Holbæk aboard The Royal Yacht at 10am and pay a visit to Holbæk and Ruds Vedby. 9:30am Kongeskibet Dannebrog arrive to Holbæk. 7:30pm Reception at Kongeskibet. June 14 10am The Reigning Couple arrive at Frederiksværk aboard The Royal Yacht at 10am and pay a visit to the town. 7:30pm A Reception aboard the royal yacht Dannebrog.
