Baron Jean-Pierre de Launoit, President of the contest, welcomes Queen Fabiola of Belgium arriving to attend the half-final of the International Queen Elisabeth Music Contest, late Saturday 14 May 2005, in Brussels.
Queen Fabiola looks very tired in this picture when she passes by Santiago Compostela Cathedral, on Plaza del Obradoiro, in Galicia, nothern Spain, after attending the pilgrim mass and taking part in Saint James Way pilgrimage during the Holy Year, in Galicia, nothern Spain, Sunday 11 July 2004:

"God save our Gracious Queen,
Long live our Noble Queen,
God save The Queen"
God save Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II
It is quite obvious that King Baudoin and Queen Fabiola had/have a particularly close relationship with Prince Phillippe. I remember reading in the 80's that they were going to make Philliplpe king after Baudoin.
