I wish to thank SMDouglas for the information he provided for me to give this site to each of you translated. http://translate.google.com/translat...hl=en&ie=ASCII If you look through the different links you will find information should already be translated or will as you wait. I found two more photo's of Albert golfing only not able to copy due to copy write blockers.

I also want to thank kirstengrafin for the post. The photo credits gave me the link.

Royal News Monaco Prince will attend Awards in New York

September 30, 2005, 12:45:38
Prince Albert of Monaco will attend the annual Princess Grace Foundation Awards in New York next month.

The event will be held at the city's swanky Cipriani restaurant on October 26 and will be hosted by US talk show host Larry King.

Ballet star Mikhail Baryshnikov - who recently starred as Carrie's love interest Alexander in 'Sex and the City' - will be honoured with the Prince Rainier III Award for his outstanding contribution to the arts.

The Princess Grace Foundation was set up in 1984 in memory of the
Hollywood actress-turned-royal, who tragically died in a car accident in
1982. The charity awards grants, scholarships, apprenticeships and
fellowships to help aspiring artists.

Somebody mentioned in this post that he has not a boat on his name, but a few years ago there was a beatiful sail boat called "TUIGA" that performs in yatch races and is was always said that belonged to PA (even thou the registration was under the Bain le Mer society) but everybody new it was PA, I wonder if he sold it. It was beatiful and even that word could not describe (i'm the family's water animal). I will get some links to get you the pix.
Also what ever happened to PG jewells?

Prince Albert's Surprise for Monaco

After all the tabloid junk that's been printed over the past few months, I think people will be delighted to hear about wonderful new developments in Monaco that paint HSH Prince Albert II in a much brighter light.

News around the Principality is that Prince Albert has been working very hard and very confidentially on a landmark project for his country. A project that will show the world he is serious about the image, ethics and values his country will represent under his rule. He is keeping his family's distinctive legacy alive and creating his own by designing an International Olympic Training Center in Monaco that will bear his name. This has the Monagasque people just tickled pink. Word is the Prince has been working very closely with an American athlete who designed the plan; a woman who people in Monaco are comparing, by her "big dream for Monaco" to that of Prince Rainier III. (see opening quote in story link below) By the way that's about the highest compliment anyone could receive in Monaco these days!

Many high profile personalities and Monaco based organizations are involved in this Olympic plan.

The date of the official public announcment of the Prince's Olympic Center is said to have been changed from September to a now confidential date after November 19th, when Prince Albert is officially crowned before the world's heads of States and Royalty and when his new Government is announced.

Here is the link to read about it:

That's wonderful news! What a great idea! Albert really is trying to be like his namesake, isn't he? I mean, Albert I made a huge mark with his oceangraphic institute. It was an expression of a great love of his, an interest very dear to his heart. In the same way, Albert II is making his mark, as for him the Olympics represent a great personal pride and love.

HSH Prince Rainier III
once observed that you don’t have to be a big country to have big dreams. If all goes well, one athlete’s big dream for a small country should be launched during the World Athletics Final, in Monaco, September 9-10. During the past year, pentathlon athlete Tracy Mattes dropped out of athletics to promote realization of a multisport, International Olympic Tra ining Centre, in Monaco. Tracy is Vice-President of the Association for High Performance Sports Training, whose board includes as Honorary President, HSH Albert II, and as President, Istvan Gyulai, General Secretary of the IAAF (International Amateur Athletics Federation). The American athlete believes that Monaco is better positioned for such a facility than say London, winner of the bid for the 2012 Olympic Games. Her reasoning is that Monaco already has state-of-the-art facilities, a soon-to-be opened, high-tech Institute of Sports Medicine and Science, a sports vocation plus agreeable weather to facilitate training. In fact, almost all that is missing is a homebase facility to accommodate visiting athletes in training for the 30 or more Olympic sports to be offered by the centre. Tracy likes to point out that not only is Monaco home to a number of sports and Olympic athletes, but the family of Prince Albert is a family with an Olympics legacy. Prince Albert’s grandfather, Jack Kelly, one of the most famous US rowers of all time, won gold medals in the men’s single and double sculls in 1920 and went on to repeat his victory in 1924, bringing home a third gold medal in the men’s double sculls. In 1947, Prince Albert’s uncle, John Kelly Jr., promised to bring back a medal from the Melbourne Olympics for his sister, who was about to marry Prince Rainier of Monaco. True to his word, he brought Princess Grace an Olympic bronze medal. Prince Albert has kept the family’s Olympic tradition alive, competing in fve Olympic Games in the bobsleigh event. The Sovereign is also President of the Monegasque Olympic Committee and has been a member of the IOC (International Olympic Committee) since 1984.

I'm glad that we are getting some real news from Monaco and not talking about that horrible woman anymore. The change for the enthronment has been changed to a tba date. I wonder if it has something to do with security? My father in law mentioned that he noticed that PA security entourage has beefed up a lot, more than his fathers'. At the begining people though that it was ridiculous that he needed a lot of security to keep a few "single mothers" away, but with so many changes he is undertaking in the Gov, we think the security thing it's due to something else.

Interview with Tasha and mentions Albert date is October 7, 2005.
When collated with the hypothesis of being able to come to be princess, in case that still it namorasse with Alberto, Tasha discloses that the decision concerning the woman with who will go to marry must leave of it: "the questions concerning the women of the life of Alberto prince have of it to be placed it. It is a wonderful person and has the certainty of that he will know to very occupy well the place of the father ".

The only magazine that has been 'imported' is OK!

I doubt Hello/Hola will follow (they are under the same media company umbrella) because OK is hemmoraging money with very low readership. Unless they pay for 'exclusives', OK is constantly scooped by US Weekly and People (which also pay but not like OK and they're better known/have more readers).

There are too many of those magazines anyway. They need content which is why the royals and stars are hounded for fresh photos and material (like if they get mad or crash their cars like that one girl did the other day).

I miss the days when Look and the Saturday Evening Post would get great photos by being nice and asking the people to pose. Those are the pictures I enjoy seeing, not the half-blurry, watermarked snaps gotten by chasing down someone who is just trying to enjoy their day.

Ann

Though Charlotte is truly a beauty that stands out among the many pretty royals.

You can buy both Hola and Hello! in the US. I've never bought Hola, but I've seen it. In fact, my local library has a subscription to it. I've looked at the pictures before. You can buy Hello! at places like Borders and Books a Million. I've bought many different editions of Hello before. They do focus more on British celebrities, and many of these I've never heard of. They do have pretty good royal interviews and spreads during a major royal event with lots of pictures. They do feature some US celebs though.
