Constantijn, Laurentien & Family, News, Part 2 (Feb 2005-Mar 2006)
Welcome to the second current events thread of Prince Constantijn and Princess Laurentien of The Netherlands.
-------
According to 'story' is it possible that laurentien is pregnant...
( I don't think so, because Laurentien 38 years old is)

Why isn't it possible? Women older than 38 have had babies so why can't Laurentien?
Being older certainly means more complications and health risks for Laurentien and a third baby but it doesn't mean it's impossible. Women are living longer and having babies later on in their lives. The medical advancements are far enough that they can detect potential problems or do tests to predict potential problems.
Constantijn and Laurentien's family need not stop only at two kids if they want more, nor should they feel deterred by her age.

According to the Benelux Royals MB Constantijn and Laurentien will go to the wedding of Charles & Camilla.
CP Willem Alexander and Maxima aren´t invited...I´ve to say this is getting really weird. Willem is not invited, Haakon is and will go, and Frederik is too, but won´t go. Whoever has planned the wedding...he/she isn´t the smartest person

I think it'd be better if Prince WA and Princess Maxima attend the Wedding.

Prince Constantijn and Princess Laurentien, who is a Hans Christian Andersen ambassador, are presently in Denmark attending related celebrations. Leon has kindly posted two pictures, but pictures in several other threads, namely the following have not been posted in this thread of News on this Dutch royal couple:

Laurentien's dress really does resemble Letizia's red dress worn at Frederick and Mary's wedding. Hmm ... both events took place in Denmark. Maybe red is the colour of choice in Denmark?
I wonder who designed Laurentien's red dress? Does anyone know?

Pfffft, what a terrible acronym. POO. POW sounds so powerful.
Anyways, I think it's interesting that even royal houses get confused regarding mail. I can't imagine where that little wedding invitation may be...maybe floating around in Europe.
I doubt Charles neglected to invite the crown prince couple of the Netherlands- they're more important than Constantijn-the little brother of the CP. Although, it's too late now. Isn't his wedding April 8th?

COPENHAGEN, DENMARK - APRIL 02: HRH Prince Constantijn of the Netherlands and HRH Princess Laurentien arrive at the Once Upon A Time gala performance, the main event of the Hans Christian Andersen Bicentenary Celebrations, at the Parken Football Stadium on April 2, 2005 in Copenhagen, Denmark. To celebrate 200 years since the Danish storyteller's birth, the Danish national soccer stadium is transformed into a fairytale universe featuiring a choir, ballet dancers, acrobats and singers. The series of celebratory events includes exhibitions, ballets, music, film, television and theatre to mark the anniversary.
Isn´t the "frog king" a fairy tale of the brothers Grimm? Well, with a little fantasy you can also interpret "the little Mermaid" into Laurentien´s style :p

Yes, "The Frog Prince", is a Brothers Grimm tale. While I like Laurentien, I think t his design is reminiscent of Olivia Newton John's famous black outfit in Grease. I think green suits her though (maybe not exactly this type), and she looks happy, so that is the main thing.
