Which Royal has a good character ?

From the royals I've met, the Duchess of Cornwall did fascinate me the most. A very warm person and easy to talk to. Actually most of the people I met appeared very friendly, but you need to get to know them better to judge their characters. There is one certain person I found rather snobby and it was not a woman.
