Queen Elizabeth II sometimes for Christmas broadcast, services, etc. Princess Margriet of The Netherlands as well. I have also seen the Countess of Wessex does when she is driving.

Princess Raiyah wore glasses as a teenager, but we don't see her wearing one these days now (maybe she wears contacts?)
King Abdullah's children, Prince Hussein and Princess Iman, also wear glasses.

Princess Grace of Monaco did. She didn't wear them as much she should have (the old saying "boys don't make passes at girls with glasses"), and was terrified at the idea of wearing contacts.

The Duchess of Gloucester and Prince Friso of the Netherlands wear glasses and I think Princess Mabel wears glasses unless I'm wrong.
