The family inner circle, very close friends who have known the Queen for many years, I would imagine. Not a lot of people.

The royal children in Sweden has nicknames...

Victoria is called Oja by her family and old friends. The reason is that when her younger brother Carl Philip was little he couldn´t say Victoria, its sounded like "Toja" and then it became Oja
Carl Philip is called Lippy. I have no idea why :)
Madeleine is called Len by her friends, and that is imo the nickname that makes most sense: Madeleine...

I once read in a Dutch book about the Royal Family that Willem Alexander was called Alex by his family members too! And that before marrying Maxima! :)

The branch of the Danish military that Frederik was educated in, has a tradition of nicknaming their graduates. Pingo was Frederik's nickname.

No, he is Felipe. Froilán is for the press, because it turns out to be to them nice, in his family always he has been Felipe or Pipe.

During WWII Princess Ragnhild of Norway was nicknamed Running Hill by her American classmates, who had trouble pronouncing her name.
