 Doubtlessly, there can be magnificent effects owing to the right colour and type of eye make-up, but I would tie my judgement to a fairly strict test: How do someone's eyes look like with no more assistance than mascara (otherwise blond persons would naturally be at a disadvantage)  .

I just found this thread, so I thought I would give my opinion....
I think Princess Madeliene of Sweden has the prettest eyes of all the Princesses,
not to mention the rest of her, she is beautiful.

I have read in a number of books that Tsar Nicholas II had such beautiful blue eyes. They have been described as gentle, kind, soft, and a handful of other adjectives. I imagine he is where his daughter Marie got her large beautiful eyes from.
