Philip (hoping that if Charles does not choose Charles as a regnal name that he will choose Philip)

Princess Augusta of Saxe-Gotha-Altenburg was princess of Wales from 1736 to 1751. I always liked the name Augusta.

Of the one available, I like William Arthur Philip Louis and
Eugenie Victoria Helena.
Isn't it funny that of Prince andrews daughters, one has a very Engilish name and the other seems to have a very French name.
Rebafan81 expressed that Princess Eugenie seems to have a very French name. Napoleon III's wife was Empress Eugenie of France.

Though Eugenie/Eugene has been a popular royal name, Eugenie of York was named for Empress Eugenie in a very round about way

Her name was said to be chosen in honor of Queen Victoria Eugenie of Spain, Queen Victoria's granddaughter. As was common for royal children, Ena was named in part for a godparent. Empress Eugenie who was exile in the UK stood as one of her godparents.

Prince Philip had a cousin Princess Eugenie of Greece, the daughter of his Uncle George.

Eugenie/Eugene pops up in royal circles often linked to an earlier link to Napoleon, his stepson Eugene.
