I like the dress a lot - she looks fantastic. I can see how the tiers could be thought of as fussy, but I think they are very flattering on her. Not as overwhelming to her small frame like some things she wears.

Love the green color for Day 1. Dislike the shoulder bow and fussy sleeves. I wish Tessy had an updo. The ends seem dry.

I appreciate Day 2's dress because it supports African fashion week but dislike the busy print and color combination. Maybe if it was a printed top with solid skirt I'd like it. Hair looks better.
