NO! It looks frumpy and thus unflattering.

Its hard to tell she looks frumpy, the picture is not clear at least IMO.
The shade of green is lovely, looks like a Lanvin dress but not sure. Id like to see more pictures.

It's not new, it was on 2005 or so, she didn't look good at all, sickly skinny and no good proportions!

The skirt is lovely so is the belt but the top isn't and its not flattering. Rania should stay away from browns, it doesn't suit her.

Well It’s looks for me Dress Not pieces ,, About me I like the dress & the shoes ,, IMO The outfit Suits Queen Rania But the colours not suits her !! ,, And the Lipstick color wrong too , And the Hair not the right style to Queen Rania Face !! ,, always the wavy hair looks better on her .

I like the dress, but must agree dont like the colour brown. And her hair looks horrible. The skirt and the belt are beautiful.
