Is that scarf or part of the top? It is so pretty,it adds more to the look.
She would be lovely in this, if she wears Bottega it should be the nicest ones!

May 6, 2010 - Queen Rania in a printed top of blue & white which looks like puffed sleeves. No picture of the full view or whether this was a dress or a top.

The top looks new. I like the print, nothing that screams. The colors are pretty and I think the sleeves are quite nice. I like the fact she used a really thin belt which hardly shows, nice for a change.
Hair looks shorter, has she had it cut recently?

the dress is a great choice i like everything about it:the prints the color i even like the belt this time the hair and make up look nice too.
i also think he hair looks shorter.
