I love this top, and belt. I like the floaty look of the sleeves, and the width of the belt is perfect for this style of blouse and skirt. I hope that she recycles this.

Huffington Post did a slideshow about Queen Rania and her fashion choices since she and King Abdullah were visiting the U.S. I don't know why they said that Rania stayed behind unless they are referring to her not being there on the day that the two men met. There's a huge picture of her and Mrs. Obama meeting at The White House website.
