Can anyone tell if this grey jacket is one Rania wore before? Is it one of her Burberry jackets or the Dior one she wore when she arrived in Spain at the beginning of the Latin American tour/

IMRIC she was asked in an interview about her evening gowns and she said that most of it is borrowed. Moreover, it's not as though she informs the press who she is wearing, like actresses do at the Oscars.
Usually the only way we know is thanks to other posters who kindly go into the trouble of looking into who the designer may be.

Designers often give dresses away for free, especially to individuals as high-profile as Rania. Moreover in situations where people do pay and are regular customers, they often give major discounts.
Plus the catwalks designs are not always the finished product and are often altered. For example, there have been a couple of Saab dresses Rania has worn that people have assumed were altered for her because they differed from the catwalk version and then others were photogrpahed wearing it the same way.

The jacket does look familiar and I'm fairly sure she has worn it before, I just cannot place it.

yes it is by Louis Vuitton. It used to be the queens favourite bag back then if not mistaken. She usd to use it quite often. Goes with about everything.
