The lace is different, it has flowers which are like fans (?), I don't like it either.
By the way, she must be in a black & white mood, 2 years ago QR was wearing a lot of grey dresses, tops, everything. Also she had a bordeaux period (the Bottega Veneta dress in Paris, the Elie Saab outfit in Paris too)- she seems to stick in a favorite color from time to time.
Of course Blue in cobalt shade is also another favourite
