it did change occasionally over the years, but i think they could have anticipated the upholstery this year

Does anyone know who the queen gets her clothes from, does she have someone make them specially for her in the same way QE2 has Angela Kelly and an in house team or does she just go to normal designers? I ask because a lot of what the Beatrix wears is quite similar in style especially the day wear for official events

Singapore state dinner in a black dress dress and the bottom dress seems to be gold lining. This is one of the few nice evening wear the Queen has.
