This ruffled dress is from Hugo Boss. CP Mary has the same dress.
This "headpiece" is too decked. I think that black hat would be more appropriate for the occasion.

IDK, I saw a lady wearing light grey, a lady wearing red... Marie would look too out of place in the whole black outfit. She just wears two colours: black and purple, why is that wrong? We saw Mary wearing a dress in one colour and a jacket in other colour over it and I don't think I ever read any criticism of it.

Lovely pale blue chiffon. The gold decorations could be a nod to the Vietnamese president?
 
I've seen her in much better dresses. This one is just, well I'm not even sure what to say. I guess it's ok, nothing horrible about it except that I don't care for it.
 
I really want to like this but there is something odd about it or is it the angel she has been photographed I like th colour on her though.
 
She never seems to get it just right. It is a lovely color but it lacks that element of elegance.
 
This is one of her few nice dresses and it does look great for this event. I love the colour on her and the gold embellishments on the dress looks great.

Got the air hostess vibe, I'm not sure why. The hat is too much for her. There is too much going on, possibly.
 
Actually I like it , she looks very elegant Nice , I liked the hairstyle with that hat , for me she looks so regal from the hat , the suit , hose ,Gloves, clutch, shoes , IMO one of her Best .

I don't care for the scoop neck on the jacket. The hat and hair just isn't attractive. Too many details for someone so petite.
 
She looks okay. I don't like that whatever she's wearing underneath the jacket is clearly a v-neck isn't hidden. The 2 necklines are fighting one another.
 
Oh so cute! I love a simple LBD on Marie.
 
:previous:Yes, this looks just perfect on her, simple flattering neckline and as dbarn mentioned, the other outfit had 2 necklines fighting with each other.

A very cute black dress and its a nice cut which looks good on her. I like her up-do.

Not an impressive look. The suit/jacket looks really outdated IMO.

Light blue dress - but I think that it is old dress with some new details.
I do not like this gold "decoration".

Edit: It's old dress. P Marie wore it on January 2010.

Love that dress. It suits Marie's petite figure. Gold details go great with the shade of the dress. Very elegant.

Like the shades of the outfit, but it's too much of an office outfit. The hat looks a bit too big for Marie.

That is a perfect look for Marie. Like the belt and the little buttons on the dress. Marie looks very sophisticated.

I did not like the LBD. It looked ways to young for our mother-of-two Marie, and not in a good way.

No, I'm saying this particular LBD looked too young for Marie :yeesh:. It looks like I've seen versions of this dress in the little-girls' department.
 
Personally I liked the dress and thought it looked rather feminine and fun!
 
I agree, marlene. I wasn't a fan of her hair, however.. it looked kind of messy.
 
Pretty little dress. It suits Marie. I don't care for her hair as it looks matronly and with too many curls and waves going on.
