she went for a more simple and discreet outfit, but it was an outdoor event, so it was appropriate. it would feel akward to wear a dress, i bet it was really cold out there.

To me it looks messy too in the sense that nothing works together, skinny pants with platfrom shoes, the coat is nice but at least two sizes too big.

Those are nto skinny pants. What does not work together? Pants work with shoes and with what I can see of the blouse. Coat may be a tiny bit too big, but messy? Really?

The coat looked like a practical choice,its November and it looked cold where she was visiting.

She looks o.k if it was cold she was dressed appropriately. The coat doesn't look too big to me .

The coat looks as if she borrowed it from someone, not like it is hers. It doesn't look like it fits and doesn't look as if it goes with what's underneath.
Maybe if she had a scarf and gloves, which pulled together the navy and camels hair, it would look better.
Those shoes really ruin it for me.

The pants and jacket work but not liking the top underneath, looks olive/grey/dusty not sure of the shade. The coat doesn't match the look. It would look nice if it wasn't so big.

Yes, the coat looks too big as others have pointed out. I thought we had seen the last of these shoes, but evidently not. Unfortunately.

Yes, it looks ill-fitting. I think the material is bulky so it bunches up at the lapel.
