I think Letizia looked the same as on recent events but this is the best attempt to explain why her face may look different I have ever read on this forum.:p

:ROFLMAO: Read the excuses for cosmetic procedures on the Rania thread :ROFLMAO: People are not blind and the photographic evidence is there for all to see. Even I wasn't aware of the extent of Leti's change since her marriage until before and after pictures were posted!

:lol::lol: Fortunatly we can see the before and after pics

What's so funny about ? I was echoing Duke's post that she looked the same on the recent events. Her eyes have always looked the same to me except for the difference due to the makeup.

Sadly, once again I am unable to see the pics....

Me too. It says "The page appears to be broken"...

Rather depressing, color-wise. Indeed. I don't like those thick tights. If it was that cold, trousers or a longer skirt would have been the better solution. Not sure about that necklace (though I see some nice stones there) either.

I actually like the necklace, but that's about it with today's look. She looks grim in some of the pictures posted from this event.

Letizia is out of her depth and it shows with her clothes. So, she copies Sophie and looks wooden or she dresses her way and looks like a PA. Sometimes, even, her clothes do not fit! To continue, her hair can be beautiful and, from time to time, she wears a favourite grey or dark red dress or one of her purple outfits and at least, that way, there is someone at home.

I wonder what get them angry

I hope it's just my impression. And while I know everybody can have a bad day, it's kind of inappropriate to show it off in public, during a public event.

They both don't look upbeat and that's sad. Outfits often reflect people's feelings and moods, and that's very probable in this case too.

I like your explanation. Probably, when we add to that the weather outside, it makes sense. Looks likeLetizia dressed according to the mood.
In any event, those are very sad photos, the dress, the face, the non-shiny hair... ehhh

I'm hoping that when the weather gets better, which actually may not happen soon:sad:, she'll start putting on something anti-depressing for a change. I can't wait to see her during X-mas, maybe the spirit of this time will have a beneficiary effect on her image?:ermm:

Yes, something maroon, deep red, royal blue, even white / purple. So many colours out there, great for Letizia!!

Letizia looks sad / depressed and Felipe looks angry .

Comments like these are how we get off fashion. It has nothing to do with this thread. Just like the comments you made to me in the main thread on M&F. I did not start it I just commented on what I read.:flowers:

Actually, if you would read a few posts after that one post, you would see it lead to fashion.

As to your third sentence, M&F's main thread has nothing to do with this thread, not even same Royals are mentioned.

They have pretty much always looked the same way at an academic act like today at the Royal Academy. The light there is dim, the act is serious and dry. The dress is OK except for the lenght, right on the knee length would have been much better.

I like her make-up in the second picture, the close-up.

Just commenting on what I read just like stated before.

You're right, donnaK. The dress seems to be nice apart from its length. She could also change the necklace to something that could be more visible and glittering. That would be a better ornament that the current one. More picts
