The dress looks cheap, the ankle boots are just awful not mention the socks...

Nice outfit, quite elegant and well fit but she looks a bit washed, though, with the plain hair and sour face...
The shoes are simply hideous!!!

All the young royals with loose long hair touched their hairs at times, it's a matter of what type of pictures the photo agencies want to publish. It's better for her to pin her hair up for an outdoor event (windy).

Come on, she was inspecting the royal guards, a solmn event, her face/demeanor was very appropriate.
