I love the jacket!!

Not fond of the dress

Is that outfit from Felipe Varela?? the cut of the dress make me believe that...

Yes that's Varela: the jacket's design is so ugly with the ruffled shoulder pads. The colour of the shoes doesn't match the suit, grey would have been much better.

Isnt that shouldre detailing/style in fashion at the moment, it has been seen alot with Dolce & Gabbana, Burberry and so on.
I like it but it maybe is abit too much with the lines on the jacket and the work on the dress. Such detailing maybe needed a plain pencil skirt but nevertheless it looks good.

Yes it's in fashion at the moment but I don't think it's the best look for people who represent a country, rather a trendy catwalk thing. It's not as bad as Mary's robotic suit but still doesn't look good.

Nice repeat! I like this outfit, but not the shoes and ......her postures!

Yes it was a long hard year and at the end the facial expressions and gestures are a bit odd.

Ill-matching shoes, quite silly applications on the skirt and a rather too emphasized shoulder line aside, this is at least an outfit that looks like it belongs to the working wardrobe of a Princess - in contrast to almost everything Letizia has worn in the past few weeks. And the smoky lavender color is beautiful indeed.

Duke, thanks for the gestures, and expressions....too funny

The slightly ruffled shoulder pads looks fashionable, it's OK as long as they are not exaggerated IMO, otherwise the suit would look too plain. YSL had also used the applications for the skirts, it adds flavor. Letizia has had so many plain suits from Varela, some fashionable details are the plus, at least it shows some effort from Varela.

The gathered shoulders gives it a stylish and feminine look. I like the whole outfit. I do agree the shoes are wrong. She should've worn nude toned (neutral) shoes. Whenever you have a different coloured outfit that's hard to match the safe bet is nude shoes. Come to think of it I don't think I've ever seen Letizia wear nude coloured shoes. Perhaps she'll get some for Christmas. :santa:

:candycane: Happy Christmas! :bauble:
