Charlene's evening dress was designed by a local Burkina Faso designer, Bazem'se Couture. He made it on a very short notice before the dinner!

Nothing from the visit made me go wow infact it was the opposite with most of the wardrobe choices.

Given the economy of Burkina Faso, this was likely deliberate. When it is easy to overdress in the country visited, I think appropriate that royals dress with sensitivity toward the average income of the populace. JMO.

Knees up and from the front I really like the dress by Bazem'se Couture. Suits Charlene very well.
