Didn't Cavalli do a suite of maternity clothing and gowns for Jennifer Lopez when she was expecting her twins. I remember a gorgeous golden (chiffon I think) gown that was just ethereal.

If that gown is any indicator, his fashions would be spot on for Charlene de Monaco. I hope she acquires more.

I love the dress. Very pretty. Perhaps a bit beachy, but absolutely lovely. I like her sandals too.

Duke of Marmalade, I concur with you.
As a woman, I would say that it's every woman's privilege to wear a low-cut garment.
But, like in most things, there is a limit, and CW (who is supposed to be a princess) should show a modicum of decorum.
 
I agree with Duke of Marmalade and Renata. I sometimes get the feeling Charlene is an impulsive dresser, not always considering the appropriateness of what she wears to certain occasions. At the same time I wish she would banish black from her wardrobe –– it really makes her look all washed out. It can't be easy to always get it right. She should consider employing a good stylist, at least on a consulting basis for public appearances. Her style has developed a lot (for the better) over the years, but she has a long way to go. IMO, of course.
 
I agree with others who have posted that the Princess should avoid black unless she is mourning.

It is absolutely the wrong shade for such a fair complexioned person, imo.
 
Her white top also looks crumpled. She could do with paying more attention to detail.
 
I agree that Charlene should stay away from black (too pale) and low-cut (we all know why).
 
her choice of clothing is awlful imo...if she could dress for class and not whats in fad, or what young people would wear...just her age and for her body type cause those halter dresses dont fit her..i wish she would get a book and read on how to dress for you body type

well, the color and print is nice and wrap waist is very nice but neckline to low imo also the length of the dress is way to casusal-maxie dresses are pretty when you r on vacation but not for work and imo she needs something over her shoulders--hide the things pls. if she wore something like an a line dress with a wide shoulderstraps in the same color & print with kitten heels that would be nice....u know work is slow just hire me i really could help you ehehehehe

Charlene is so graceful, like she doesnt need too much effort to look perfect. But, i dont like what she's wearing recently!

I really like her style! She has a great body and she likes to show it!
But I don't like the trousers she is wearing. They are too wide.
Something more tight especially at the bottom!
And she likes to show her shoulders.
 
I'm sorry, but that outfit she wore to the Monaco Diamond League meeting and the whole look is just... awful! It makes her look ten years older and frumpy. Are those shoulder pads? Black, again? Eeeeuuuuuuuw!

I can't see any problem with Charlene's clothes. Like the rest of us, some are hits and some are misses...glad she doesn't wear any "little girl" dresses that seem to be in fashion.
 
imo that dress should be use on vacation not for work...look around in that pic and what are the rest of the folk wearing? not a maxie dress...imo she's underdress

a softer color would be nice but the style would fit her...shoulders are hidden, waist is hightlight and the girls are covered

as u can tell im not her biggest fan but if your out in the public at least look good
