August 14, 2009 - Kate attending a wedding in a lavender printed tone on tone coat with grey hat with a prurple flower and dark grey/black heels.
The hat looks quite pretty, fun and young also elegent. The coat is okay, I find it flattering and the tone on tone print looks good.

The outfit itself (sans the hat) is quite attractive, the coat features some lovely details and the shoes are lovely. It's just the overall looks doesn't suit Kate at all: it accentuated all her minuses – maybe as a result of the drastic weight loss.

Her usually shiny and polished hair looked unkempt and dull.

I like Kate's dress but that's about it. The hat looks if it was borrowed from Sophie Wessex's UFO collection

What else can be said? Kate is getting very, very thin, I thought that her hair was a terrible mess and that she looks much, much older than she actually is.

But some of the UFO hats are quite pretty

I agree about the hair, it seems she doesnt really bother doing anything with it becasue it doesnt matter how dressed up she is the hair is always the same which is quite sad since she can do quite alot with it since it is at a really nice length.

I really like the coat & think the colour suits her. I think th eoutfit is perfectly suited to a summer wedding in the UK. However I agree that the hairstyle /hat spoil the overall impression7 give a less than well groomed look. Maybe she should cut a few inches off her tresses or add a few more layers.

I love the coat, dress and shoes. The hat isn't the worst i've ever seen but she could have done a little better. What let Kate dow, was her hair it's an awful mess.

I like this outfit very much.
Hat...I think that I don't like it.
Shoes few years ago I have similar on my 100 days ahead party (9,5 cm).

But this blue colours doesn't suit to Kate.
Maybe the lights or maybe not but it doesn't suit.
She needs some red or peach colours...
Yes, and she really need a good hairstylist adviser.
Her hairdo is boring.

This outfit is quite attractive, I like the hat (I love Kate with hats ), the shoes and clutch. But her hair-totally disaster, always so shining-here very unattractive.

As to the hat I would go so far and say it looks a bit as if she had been advised by Beatrice & Eugenie Well, it must be really "in" these hats or "bouquets" on the forehead, and I'm not really a fan of it. I agree, she looks older than she is... Some say average too, but I will be quiet

But I really liked this coat, it has a lovely design and the colours were nice too.

I really liked this outfit. The hair I'll agree could have been better, but the UFO hat I liked
I am glad she went with darker shoes though, otherwise I feel that it would have been too much blue.

Kate's fascinator was nice. And that is it.

Her hair is just awful, long, straggley and unkempt. I was surprised that it seemed to be in such bad condition. The coat was a hideous print, I've seen curtains and tablceloths that looks similar. Overall the entire look would have been suitable for somebody much older. But then Kate is hardly young looking herself......

In my opinion, Kate is a beautiful woman, she got beautiful legs, figure and bearing. She has to make accent on that. So far, she doesn't have yet a style, but most time she's ok, nothing we can call ugly.
I think she and Mary are the lonely young royal women nowadays who have that stunning slim and healthy figure in the same time, without looking sickly puny. Maybe she has to try to experiment some few outfits like Mary's style (without copying the whole look of course).

IMO Kate is so thin that she nearly has no figure any more. Her shoulders seem nearly fragile and theres no Decolleté... But yes, she has long legs Mary IMO still has the "figure of a woman".

I like the coat. The color is pretty, and I like the detail at the waist. I'm not wild about her fascinator. The shape reminds me of a satellite dish.

I agree with rubies. The gown is really nice, but I'm not sure about the hair and mainly her make-up. I would like to see something new - maybe the hair all up would be very interesting. I cannot remember one occasion she weared the hair all up? And I mean not in her casual.
