The grey coats of the little Infantas are really cute.
I wish they would have some colours in their outfits anway... maybe pink stockings matching their scarf or something like that. ;)

I really like Isabellas dress, its quite girly and the shade is very pretty. The coat is ideal for winter but I dont reall like that color on children her age and looks nice with the pink showing underneth abit.

Christians coat is really nice, I like the closures of it which are interesting. He looks like a little man.

I think the coat is a recycle from Christian, good to see that there is recycling going on among the kids although the younger sibling may be hauted by the experience for the rest of his / her life, the fate of having to wear the stuff the eldest has grown out of.

At such a young age it's perfectly fine to dress childen alike, it's when they get older that I think it is more problematic.

I don't have much hope. Cristina still dresses her kids alike up to the extreme that Irene will wear a dress matching her brother's trousers, eek!

Many royals or socialites do the dressing alike, I just don't think that it does the individual justice, it's just to please the parents who like to show off their dressed up bunch of kids. Funny enough, most adults I know who were dressed alike as kids really hate(d) it and prefer not to show certain childhood pictures but have no problem to dress their own children alike when having the opportunity.

However, the SRF likes to do it, so does the DRF. Elena's kids are lucky that they don't have same sex siblings, still Victoria has to wear these huge ugly bows that were popular in the 1930s.

I love both outfits on the children. :)
The coat on Christian looks incredible smart.

I am just not a fan of how Princess Mary dresses Isabella and Christian....their fashion seems almost vintage at times. I think Maxima and Letizia do a much better job in their children's clothing selections.

It seems to be the family tradition. Sofia always dressed her two girls with matching clothes. Unlike their parents, Leonor and Sofia didn't appear in public often, so it's nice to see them well dressed. Leonor's hair band looks very good.

The Infantas are cute as always. They're 'all gray' outfits are a bit drab (it looks like their dress underneath is gray too) for little girls, however they are really nice coats. And their little gray striped scarves are cute too.
:santa: Happy Christmas! :xmastree:

They are very pretty girls - I especially love the picture of Maud Angelica. :flowers: As to the fashion - I think the grey coats and woolen hats aren't a good match.
Maud Angelica looks very nice in it, but for the smaller girls the coats seem a bit too big, IMO.

Lovely outfits on ML's daughters, I love the formal coat and the very fun/girlie hats & boots which really brightened the coat.

The boys look like little gentlemen. :) I especially like the fuchsia dresses of the girls, it suits so well to their blond hair and they look natural, though. :flowers:

The kids do look adorable. Their clothes are perfect for children.

The Belgian children looked absolutely lovely in their outfits. The colours go well with their blond hairs. I do like grey coats for children. Both the Infantitas and the Norwegian girls looked great!

The Belgian royal children are so sweet looking. I like how their outfits match.

The Vanvollenhoven girls are adorable, especially the guest of honor little Eliane. :)
Their matching pink dresses are so cute!

All the other kids are cute too!
I can't get over how much Eloise looks like Laurentein. She's the spitting image of her.
Queen Beatrix must be so proud of all her grandchildren.

 Oh you're right Sereta, it looks like Ariane bumped her nose pretty hard. She looks so cute in her burgundy dress and tights.
Alexia didn't look very happy to be there. :ermm:

Where is the picture of Amalia? She got left out.

You're welcome Dierna. :flowers:

I didn't leave her out. There was no picture of her as she wasn't at the christening, although I don't know why she wasn't there?

The Infanta's are adorable. Leonor looks just like her mother. And Sofia is just as cute as a button!

According to the Vanvollenhoven christening thread Amalia was attending a birthday party elsewhere.

^^
Oh I see, thanks for the information. :flowers:
