Possibility for a couple of new threads in the BRF department?

I'm glad to see that Louise is beginning to dress in more age appropriate outfits. Her pink coat was beautiful, as is her dress. Her fascinator and clutch are cute touches, too! The shoes are rather stylish and work well with the rest of the outfit. I feel that Louise has been really starting to blossom in the terms of fashion since the past year.

I think 13 is an age when I don't consider a royal to be little anymore, since for me it's always been the age when one's teenage years start. But, Princess Elisabeth of Belgium is still featured in this thread because she doesn't have her own one yet and she's 14. I agree that a new thread needs to be made, something like "Fashion & Style of other British royal women"? - and then eventually other threads for different RFs in a similar vain could be created if necessary. I could create the British one, if the moderators are okay with this idea.

I was actually initially thinking that, but then I noticed there's a thread like the idea I mentioned for the Luxembourg Grand Ducal Family, so I thought the moderators would prefer the "other royal women" title to teenagers. But, that sounds like a better title for this context.

Problem with the 'other royal ladies' you're basically having one for each country. It would be good to have one that combines all the young royal women. It could simply be fashion of the royal teens, not specific to gender. There isn't a wide range just yet, and we could discus both teen males and females.

Doesn't Louise have the most beautiful marvelous complexion? A true English rose...

I agree with a new thread but for teen royals (including boys) and not other royal ladies. This "little royals" thread could go from 0-13 years old, and the "teen royals" could go from 13-18 years old, until they became officially adults.

Many young royals are teen already like Princess Elisabeth of Belgium, Princess Salma of Jordan, Princess Alexandra of Hanover, Countess Eloise, and many others... Princess Catharina-Amalia and Lady Louise are going to be 13 this year, and Princess Ingrid Alexandra is going to be 13 in January 2017, which is not that far in the future.

It makes me sad to see the little royals grow up, it means I'm getting older. But at the same time I'm glad and happy to see them grow over the years.

I'd love to see a "teen royals" thread since we have a growing number of future monarchs who are entering these stage of life.

I was happy to see Louise dress as a teen too. And the outfit was a pretty color and fit. The skirt was a little short, imo

.

Following the discussion above we've changed the thread title of this thread into "Fashion for the little and teenage royals".

Teenage royals have already been discussed in this thread before. For certain British royal ladies mentioned above we already have the Gloucester and Kent Ladies' Fashion and Style Part 1: November 2004 - thread. And for all royal ladies who don't have their own thread, the Fashion of French, Germanic and Other Royals and Nobles - thread is a perfect place.

Louise looked lovely again today at Trooping the Colour and she even had a nice little updo with a fascinator again.

Louise does look lovely. Pretty dress. The updo suited her and her age.

I like Charlotte's pale pink dress. Very simple and lovely. Still don't like how George is being dressed.

I like Charlotte's dress too. It's very cute and traditional - which is how I expected Charlotte to be dressed. Lady Louise wore similar dresses as a toddler so I expected Charlotte to be dressed the same and will be dressed this way for formal occasions for a while.

I don't mind how George is dressed as we know in "down time" he is dressed like any other toddler. James was always seen in shorts and shirts from a young age. It's a Windsor thing.

I think it's neat George is wearing what William wore. I managed to get a shirt my husband wore when he was around 6 and our son wore it too (even had school pics made in it just like the husband's)....I think it's cool.

Charlotte was very cute in her pink dress and barette.

Charlotte and George are dressed beautifully in a traditional, unfussy manner. Love the pink bow and pale pink shoes
Louise has a nice hairdo but I don't like the cardigan. It looks more schoold days than festive. If it wasn't such a bright color, matched her dress more, and unbuttoned, it would have been prettier.

Lady Louise looks absolutely lovely, but I prefer her look for Trooping The Colour. She looks exactly like her paternal grandmother, especially when her hair is up. George and Charlotte look so sweet, especially Charlotte, with her pale pink dress and a hair clip to match.

Fashion for the little and teenage royals Part 9: April 2016 -

Charlotte looks adorable in her pink dress. Is it smocked? The detail on the front is lovely from what I can see. The little sleeves are cute too. This is my favorite outfit of hers so far. George looks cute too.
